I thought that i booked your place from Jan 29 to Feb 2nd.
But I actually booked your place from Jan 28 to Feb 1st.
Since i book wrong date by mistake, I send email to ask for your help few days ago.
I checked that you read that email but you didn't answer it yet.
So, I am writing this email again to ask your help.
I know that you are busy with other works and feel sorry to press you for an answer.
But, I want to solve this situation before the day of the travel getting nearer.
Would you tell me What should i do and what can you do for me?
Can you change the schedule of the reservation to Jan 29 ~ Feb 2nd?
Or Can you cancel the reservation on Jan 28?
If there is a commission for cancellation or change, I will pay that.
So, Please let me know if you have any ways to help me.
I'm really expecting to stay your hotel and Bangkok.
