Monthly fluctuations in activity were mainly influenced by the activity of immature spiders. The cold season peak of mature spiders was dominated mainly by female activity, whereas the hot season peak was formed both by male and female individuals. The decline in activity of both adults and immatures in December probably was the result of variation in physical factors especially temperature. Two types of life cycles were present, eurychronous species which are species with a continuous presence of mature specimens over the entire year, and stenochronous species which are active for only a limited period of the year.
