1) The committee agreed to suspend request no.3 to 6. Only no.1 and 2 are request to company.
2) About diligent allowance company approved concept of request that is step , but step of amount will be studied again.
3) About provident fund committee & company should learn more because many schemes is there.
a) Management will learn by explanation of a bank.
b) Company will survey idea of employees that how many people will join.
c) Company will check whether ISTH can join the scheme or not.
d) If we can we will join if there is not any big issues.
Remark: To dig up budget of the welfare we have to proceed new activity, like defect % down.
Welfare committee contributes the activity.
2. My proposal
About diligent allowance company requests to employees. ( b ,c )
a. CCTV camera will be installed before starting the step allowance.
If we can set it up by 20th June, we can start 21st June.
* This has been informed to committee members today.
b. To link working time
*Almost all employees seem finish working before end-time.
For example to fix working procedure at end-time like
19:40 Job finish, ~19:50 Data registration & 5S
c. To link to control employee who are going to resign
*There are many people who will resign without enough (job) takeover, even though rule is there.
To introduce new rule which give to such as the person some penalty. Because that kind of person
is not diligent one.
Can company give some penalty to them regally if they resign suddenly ? Please check it .
For example,
- Salary calculation period is changed from 21st-20th to 1st-30th and payday is also changed from 26th to 20th .
Person like that can not get full salary on 20th .
-Procedure of the takeover is also required. To add on the resign application sheet, other documents are required.
They are “Job takeover plan” and “Non discloser agreement & some related agreement not to give damage to company after resign”.
If any other ideas , please share. I believe now is a good chance to improve moral and job efficiency.
