You are customers of this university and we urge you to expect and demand
high standards of service delivery from all areas.
Your expectations will be sought out in the first class. A learning contract will be
established which will spell out what levels of service you rill receive and what
levels of performance you will give. We will have high expectations of you as a
student, including your work ethic, your enthusiasm and your contribution in class
to your colleagues learning. We urge you to reciprocate with similar
expectations of your service providers.
There will be frequent opportunities for both formal and informal feedback
during the semester. We want your opinion, we will ask for it and we will act on it.
