Our speaker, she graduated from the medicine faculty, Chulalongkorn University. She was interested about food that effect to biochemical and want to use knowledge to take care of her family health. She did decide to study in master degree of Science Program in Nutrition and Dietetics at nutrition institution, Mahidol University.
And today, our speaker will present in topic “Fruit consumption and risk of type 2 diabetes: results from three prospective longitudinal cohort studies” and she chose this topic because she has heard fruit juice is as bad as sugary drinks. So , she want to know more about that. And in the future she want to pursue a career in medical researcher.
