This actually already resulted HTC paid twice to this ASP.
Please do take note, by changing the date, this will not be rejected by our validation rules.
I strongly suggest to have a formal explanation from ASP, this don’t seem like IT issue from them, system mistakenly re-send again to HTC.
Some of the upload file name are manually upload to HTC, meaning e-care upload once, then manually upload again (with changed date)
