• University Degree with at least 1 year customer interface experience in shipping industry
• Demonstrated professional phone communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and meeting valid external customer requirements
• Good team player, able to work with people of different levels
• Computer literacy and Internet knowledge
• Effective communication skills in both Thai and English
(English TOEIC score of 650 or BULATS of Upper Intermediate level)
• Be proactive to think win-win and make a positive difference
• Willingness to learn new things and cope well with rapid changes
