The research results show that the learning achievement of the students after studying the e-Learning in the topic of Computer Assisted Instruction on a needs analysis was higher than before the studying. The indicating parameters were x ̅=18.47 and S.D.=1.28 after the studying and x ̅=8.23 and S.D.=1.04 before the studying which the significance of 0.05. The satisfaction of the students to the e-Learning lesson was in the highest level with descendent scores of lesson structure, lesson content and lesson design, respectively.
