Observing the trend of modern fashions currently, we can at least be familiar with the clothes, shoes, or other accessories made from animals’ organs, their skins, their limbs, or their furs. Likewise, other than the livestock that are slaughtered for consumption by humans, we can partly see some wildlife restaurants or the villagers in the remote areas violate the law by illegally slaughtering wildlife in order to get them prepared for food as well. Besides, at least, all of us used to unintentionally kill any tiny bugs, such as ants or mosquito that are bothering us. No matter what intentional or unintentional, as for my status, I maintain that, I would not kill all kinds of animals under all circumstances. This is because it is indisputable that killing animals of one’s own freewill would gradually lead to the extinction of rare fauna , especially for vulnerable species of animals, the deterioration of ecosystem, and of course the infringement of one of the five precepts of Buddhism.
