Dear team ka,
Prior to composing this email, I have consulted internally with the team as well as with P’Boong on the issue at hands when managing community. A few bottle neck has been disclosed and listed; with the lack of man-hour and the number of accounts at hands, additional help from each team member is henceforth sought after. But this is not to imply that all specialized services are to be delegated.
To elaborate more on the extra hands: the content with specific form of reply such as responses to participants of viral activity, acknowledgement of fan notifications which is quite clear on the direction of answer where each team members can contribute. Such example would be: ขอบคุณที่ร่วมกิจกรรมกับทาง Vixol ค่ะ ทางเรากำลังดำเนินการจัดส่งให้ และแจ้งเลขพัสดุอีกครั้งนะคะ;)
or simply just saying ‘thank you’ to show that the message has been received well.
