As you may know this has for the past couple of years been handled by the Process Support and Documentation.
I am getting more and more hesitant to handing out contents of formulations. The more we distribute, the bigger is the risk that someone hands over / sells the information to the "highest bidder".
I am curious as to who is actually in contact with the authorities in Thailand that work with these things. Again it is claimed that values over a range is not allowed? What background and on what basis do the authorities have to decide what is a true value. Do they know about vapor pressure and rate of evaporation? Do they know about margins of error etc and soforth? I think these are legit questions. I am not questioning either your or anyone else integrity in Jotun Thailand when it comes to handling these things. But we are spending and awful lot of time handling these requests, and I would really like to have a say so in what it is I hand over and to whom.
On a side note: In general I would like to hand this process over to the Group Safety Products as I feel this would be more their territory. I have therefore chosen to include them on this particular email. (We can discuss this later Fredrik).
