I was actually quite surprised seeing you write an entire email to Comfort Zone yesterday about explaining a situation for which we are trying to contact you directly already almost 2 weeks. My business partner Sarah tried to contact you several times to try to talk in English and understand what all is going on. With all due respect but the information you are giving now to Comfort Zone, is completely new to us and was never explained like you are explaining now through your accountant. Hence again one of the reasons we tried to contact you directly without success.
We have no problems with you having to charge for the work you did as we are very thankful that you helped us in the first place. But if we would not have raised a concern from the beginning, we were ending up paying almost 120,000 THB instead of 60,000 THB. So I think our concerns were required.
I would sincerely appreciate if you settle all the open-standing and reimburse us the remaining amount ASAP. It is not a small amount you are holding on now from us that we initially paid wrong to you.
