This case is begin after our explanation of unit in arrears. For solve in this case the invoice of common fee in period 2014 we have to voided clear the in arrears of outstanding debts in your unit must to be the balance " 0 " show with the land depart office for transfer the unit on the due date 30 April, 2014. But way the way you have to do payment of the in arrears of the insurance premium building of 2013 have to clear up in outstanding debts account system before requisition form for certificate declaring no debts ( i have tell K.nattaplm of this payment already ). We do apologize of any inconvenience within case.

I have finally sold flat 179, and I will sign the transfer at the land department on the 30 th of this month.
Haruethai, I need to pay all my expenses up to that date (April 30 th), and what I dont whant is to pay the whole year fees, as I will not live there anymore.
Can you please do me the favour and please arrange so I dont have to pay the whole year (only until April 30th).
