The culture at the company was open and there was a very trustful relationship with the manager and employees. The management’s system was that each employee was sincere and honest in doing the assigned job. Also each employee had the expertise to do the job and each employee was doing it to the best of their ability. As quite a few people were working part-time, it was evident that nobody would lose their job as a consequence of this work.
