Please be advised that you have contacted The Return Shipping Refund service. The service applies only to recovering shipping costs for items returned back to the merchant.

If you have paid your return costs to the Post Office or to a shipping company, please send:
If you used a post or courier express service with a shipment tracking to return your item, please attach a copy/photo of the receipt that shows the amount you paid and the merchant shipping address (1 document).
If you used regular post to return your item (with no shipment tracking), please attach a copy/photo of the shipping cost receipt as well as a photo of the package showing the merchant address (2 documents).
If your return costs have been deducted from your item reimbursement, please send:
A copy of the payment email from the merchant or PayPal, showing the initial price of the item you have returned.
A copy of the refund email from the merchant or PayPal, showing the amount refunded to you.
We also kindly ask you to provide us with the Transaction ID of the original purchase. It contains 17 symbols (either XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX or O-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) and you can find it in the top right corner of the transaction details page in your PayPal account.
You have up to seven (7) days to send us the required documents. If we do not receive the documents within this time period, your refund request will be definitively closed.
