Have a good run....take it easy on that leg. I just came inside from replacing some planks on my gate fence that were blown off during the storm on Monday. Hope you rested well and are anxious to return to work on your Monday morning. It was a hot day here. I finished my book, took a nap and did a little more work around here.
I am starving. The first 3 days of this diet is hard. Breakfast..a protein shake.....10:00am another protein shake....Lunch 2 cups of low carb vegetables and protein shake....2:30pm protein energy bar....dinner 2 cups vegetables and small serving of meat or fish. I ate more than that just at dinner last night.LOL.
