We have a variety of foods in Uganda. There is Matooke ( Cooked bananas), Posho and Beans ( maize meal), we have cassava and Yams plus Irish potatoes and sweet potatoes. For sauce, people prepare vegetable or beans or beef or peas and many others.
We are in the season of grasshopper insects (Nsenene). Some people prepare them and eat them as sauce with posho, or fry them to eat as breakfast.
