2.3 POSITIONING THE MACHINE
When positioning the machine, it is recommended to respect the following steps :

mounts. First, install locknuts and plain washers on every mount and secondly, equally
screw the four mounts onto the machine to minimize later adjustment;
• Clean the floor surface where the machine is to be installed;
• Lower the machine in place. Handle with care;
• By leaning on the corners of the machine, make sure that all four mounts are in contact
with the floor and that the machine is firmly in place. Machine should be also perfectly
level;
• This machine has been oil treated for shipping purposes. Clean all surfaces using a
clean rag. Use soap and hot water if necessary, but make sure to completely dry all
surfaces once finished;
• Lubricate the machine if necessary;
• Supply compressed air and electrical power to the machine. Refer to the machine layout
for exact requirements.
