Tendency to Devaluate Others
Immature persons tend to regard others negatively, especially when there is an exaggerated self-idealisation. On the other hand, there may be naive idealisation of others in a way that shows a total disregard or reality.
Tendency to be Trouble-Makers
Immature persons tend to find themselves frequently in the midst of conflict, or to create alliances and divisions. Subtly or openly they ferment dissension and criticism. They tend to throw childish tantrums when displeased, withdraw from people or inflict the "silent treatment" for long periods as revenge against those who have hurt them.
