1.marinate minced pork with carrot, egg yolk salt and pepper for 20 minutes in the fridge.
2. stuff minced pork onto the squids.
3.Steam the squids and slice them into 1 cm thick.
4.Arrange the iceberg leaves in cold salad plate
5.Put 8 pieces of stuffed squids in the middle.
6.Arrange the cucumbers and tomatoes around the squids
7.Mix the mayonnaise , lemon juice, tomato ketchup , brandy and shallot together.
8.Pour the dressing mixture in each piece of squid.
