The factors affecting on the management of sustainable destination can be defined as followings. The first factor is economic crisis. The economic recession has tremendous impacts on sustainable tourism development. It is quite tough for both private and government sector to earn the huge budgets for sustainable destination investment due to financial constraints. It cannot be denied that sustainable tourism development is the campaign which requires massive budgets. The budget allocation is prepared for not only facilities but also human resources. In this situation, it is not easy for governments and private sector to earn enough budgets for the project. The second factor is the shortage of human assets. Today, insufficient human resources seem to be a very critical problem for sustainable tourism management. Although there are many staffs working in the tourism industry, most of them do not have in-depth understanding in sustainable tourism. Especially, the university which offered the academic program or systematic education in the field of sustainable tourism management seems to be limited. Due to this fact, it is not surprising that there are so few specialists in this field. People who are really interested in sustainable tourism management have to gain knowledge and experiences from independent learning.
