We are Qantas Hotels and affiliated with Expedia.
This email is with regard Byron Lennon that was scheduled for check-in last 03/10/2015 and check-out on 10/10/2015. The customer advised us that his flight was rescheduled due to miscommunication.
We are requesting to change the check in and check out dates to October 05, 2015 until October 12, 2015. That said, the customer will be arriving tomorrow October 05, 2015 at 9:00 AM in Phuket, Thailand.
We would like to verify if he can still utilize the booking for 5th until 10th of October 2015.
Also,the customer is requesting to get a refund for the first 2 nights of the reservation. since the guest will stay for 7 nights from 5th until 12th of October of 2015.
If you will permit us to proceed, please send us your authorization in writing by replying to this email. You may also call us at 1300 558 610 to advise us of your decision. Our office hours are from 7:00AM to 10:00 PM AEST.
