Regarding skills improvement, I need to see the data on whether the staff are doing the higher skilled work at the same number of hours as billed to the client, and if some staff are faster than others. Also I need to compare billed versus actual for all staff. Finally I also need data on total number of billable hours and how it breaks down into various types of work. This will allow us to predict what areas are critical for training and resourcing.
We recently had an AfterEffects project which you declined to do, and then we had to pay Pop overtime rates (very expensive) in order to do this work. The aim of policy to encourage staff to achieve higher skills was EXACTLY to avoid having to pay Pop or David to do work. There is no point in staff training to do new kinds of if we still have to use the high paid staff to do the work.
Finally I need to have David/Pop verify the skill levels
