We report a simple method to fabricate high-conductive electrode based ITO-free structure OPV
devices using a sandwich structured polymer/metal hybrid transparent electrode. By inserting a Ag grid layer, the sheet
resistance of PEDOT:PSS film is significantly decreased. We also achieved Ag grid lines of smooth surface profile with
ultra-low height which enable the second PEDOT:PSS layer to be spin-coated on top successfully free from morphology
induced reliability issues.
