Celiac disease disorder manifests with permanent gluten
intolerance (Bast et al., 2009), more specific to gliadin fraction.
Ingesting any type of gluten-containing product, triggers an
immediate immune system response to neutralize it, this results
with injuries to the small intestines vili, which leads to loss of
absorptive surface area (Rubio-Tapia et al., 2013). The only
acceptable treatment currently is strictly lifetime gluten-free diet
(Sainsbury et al., 2013; Kupper, 2005).
