This brochure serves as your guide to the National League for
Nursing, the premier organization for nurse faculty, schools of
nursing, and leaders in nursing education. Dedicated to excellence
in nursing, the NLN offers faculty development, networking
opportunities, testing services, nursing research grants, and public
policy initiatives to its members, who represent all types of nursing
education programs, from doctoral to licensed practical nursing.
Four dynamic and integrated core values permeate
the NLN and are reflected in our work:
• Caring: promoting health, healing, and hope in response
to the human condition
• Integrity: respecting the dignity and moral wholeness of
every person without conditions or limitations
