Purpose of the job: To greet and assist visitors to the Rovacabin and answer incoming calls to
reception.
Key Tasks/Principal Accountabilities:
1. Receive/and deal with members of the public and assist Customer Care Officers/or inform
relevant officers.
2. Receive incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate extension.
3. Receive delivery of goods and direct to correct office.
4. Keep a comprehensive record of visitors to the department – i.e Visitor Book.
5. Keep a weekly record of conference room bookings.
6. Ensure that the reception area is kept tidy at all times.
7. To provide administrative and clerical support to the Planning Services when reception duties
have been fulfilled.

Working Arrangements:
The working week:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.45am until 5.05pm, 8.45am until 5.00pm on Friday.
Location:
Your principal work base is identified as Llangefni You may, however, be required or permitted to
work anywhere within the Council's area on a permanent or temporary basis without additional time or
payment for doing so.
