Are there trained MBB, BB or statistically knowledgeable individual who can help plan, train & guide the Company through the smooth implementation of an excellent SPC program?
Are individual roles & responsibilities of all relevant SPC personnel clearly defined?
Is the Company using six sigma tool (Minitab) or equivalent techniques (when necessary) to resolve major process deviation whenever needed?
Are there detailed training and budget plans to enhance the SPC knowledge of the employees (different levels of continuous training for different levels of staff)?
Is there a certification procedure for the SPC personnel to recognize their competence?
Is the person running the SPC software competent able to make modification (if necessary) to suit the company needs?
Are there competent personnel that are proficient in maintaining the SPC networking system?
Review the inhouse SPC trigger periodically to ensure all SPC trigger is solved internally and externally through the management meeting. Ensure all LAT/QPM data is reviewed and control charted before upload into QPM database (where applicable).
