•Co-owners’ liaison
•Supervision of outsource contractor
•Supervision of building staff
•Supervision of Co-owners fit out supervisor
•To be responsible for Building when Building Manager is absent
•To be proactive in response to Co-owners inquiry and complaints
•To be proactive in correct defects reported by helpdesk and Co-owners
•To supervise all contracts within the building
•To report all incidents as they occur
•Other duties as requested
