The overall objective of our analysis is to understand
what factors are associated with the choice of mode of
older and disabled people. While both the physical condition
of these individuals and their socioeconomic status
may play a role, we are particularly interested in understanding
what policies might be effective for providing
greater mobility for those who are currently mobility constrained.
