Secondly, because the process of the law, anybody can take anybody to the police, to the court. And that is what I think needs to be addressed, to be
reformed. When I was PM, I set up a special commission as an advisory body, because I know that the easiest thing for the police or the attorneygeneral
to do is just to forward the case. And so they were afraid of not doing so because they might be seen to be insulting the monarchy. So we have
this advisory body and he cleared up some cases, for academics, for foreign journalists, for people who did not have any intention of undermining the
monarchy as such. But in cases where there are blatant lies or damages being done to the monarchy, you just proceed.
