This is the list for the chefs to prepare for that day
1: a crape dish (with cost break down/around 60 baht or less)
2: your own dish (with cost break down/around 80-90 baht or less, should have alcohol as a part of the dish)
3: Size of the kitchen you think you will need (in sqm)
4: Special kitchen equipment you think you will need in your kitchen, and the estimate costs for each.
Please call and check what equipment the kitchen already have to make dessert so P Kloy can tell the chefs na kub.
Give the chefs around 2 hours each start from 9:30 on 24th feb (if any chefs is not free then please talk to them and find a common time that all of them can come na kub).
