DSA cannot acknowledge this order due to the time since last order was place. DSA needs to ensure source/tool is still viable.
DEW-Please place PO( for Line items 386146) on hold.
Product will interface with Joaquim to further understand the drastic increase in piece price. This will allow sales to communicate/transfer the $ difference to the customer.
Team- I realize this was not handled in the most timeliness of manners. We need to take this opportunity to learn and see how we can improve our communication, transparency and workflow.
First communication that I can see of this June 29th. It’s now July 14th. I can appreciate that people were on holiday and traveling. However, this leaves customer service in a poor position. We need to strive to play a better game.
