When teacher carries out his/her teaching plans, the presentation of the lesson is the integration of the teacher, students and computer, as indicated by three overlapping circles in Fig. 3. The overlapping area of the three circles represents whole range of teacher and students knowledge during the process of teaching and learning. The non-overlapping areas of the circles indicate that there may be situations in which only several types of knowledge are included during a class period. For example, if students can work to answer comprehension questions in a textbook by themselves, then it is necessary to combine technology with translation teaching [8]. In the end, the combination of information resources, teacher preparation, classroom teaching, out-of-classroom teaching, and students' efforts, will produce great achievement of the initial teaching goals and intended learning results as indicated at the bottom of Figure 3.
