bacteria play a key role in supporting and/or increasing
plant health and growth.
Following rhizosphere and rhizoplane colonization, some soil
borne microorganisms, can enter roots and establish subpopulations
ranging from 105 to 107 CFU g1 FW. These endophytes are more likely to show plant growth
promoting effects than bacteria exclusively colonizing the rhizosphere
