We are approaching mid of the year; we hope that we have made significant progress towards our total overall year plans. In ensuring that we keep track with our progress and we continuously put focus in delivering the planned targets for this year, we strongly encourage you to set aside some time to do your Mid-Year Review (appraisal). This will definitely help you to stay focus with your planned objectives for the year so as you are able to regularly be on track with your deliverables for the company.
Attached together with this memo is the Annual Performance Appraisal Form, you may use this as your performance record document for the year. Do up-date your KPI and KRA in the PMS form and record your year to date achievements and deliverables. Below is the suggested timeline that you may refer for conducting your Mid-Year Review (appraisal).
