An examination of the means cells in Table 5 reveals that employees who fall in the years
of experience category (6 – 10 years) in different departments perceive the highest level of
internal marketing implementation in the four dimensions than other categories. On the
other hand, employees who fall in the years of experience category (1 – 5 years) in different
departments perceive the lowest level of internal marketing implementation in the four
dimensions amongst other categories. t and p-value tests presented in the same table
confirmed the difference between different years of experience categories in their
perception of internal marketing implementation.
