Set guideline for recruiting the right persons for various departments.
Analyze and search for the source of manpower supply with the right competencies.
Conduct and coordinate with related departments for recruitment and redeployment in accordance with capacity planning and required qualifications/competencies.
Provide suggestions to employees/units concerning redeployment and promotion process to ensure clear understanding.
Coordinate with external institution/people for promoting the Bank to graduated students.
Gather and provide supporting information of the attrition rate for management to determine the way to retain high potential employees.
Solve problems within scope of responsibility, including managing and solving subordinates' problems.
Coordinate with supervisor in setting individual performance measures of subordinates to be aligned with the Department goals.
Coach and motivate subordinates.
