As it was mentioned in the Introduction, buckwheat has several nutritional benefits, which are preserved after grinding. Cereals’ limiting amino acids are lysine and isoleucine. Buckwheat has larger lysinecontent, than other pseudocereals (Mota et al., 2016). Since silkworm powder has high quality protein, it is a suitable material for increasing protein content without the significant increase of energy value, according to our calculations and the literature
