The consideration for the transfer

The consideration for the transfer of the Business including the Assets and the transfer or the assignment of all the rights, obligations, interests and benefits under the Contracts shall be the sum of Baht 19,000,000 (Thai Baht Nineteen Million) payable in the manner set out in Clause 4. Hereof and shall be exclusive of value added tax and other taxes which shall be borne and paid by the Purchaser (if any).

การพิจารณาสำหรับการถ่ายโอนของธุรกิจรวมทั้งสินทรัพย์และการโอนหรือการโอนสิทธิทั้งหมดภาระผูกพันผลประโยชน์และผลประโยชน์ภายใต้สัญญาให้เป็นผลรวมของ 19,000,000 บาท (เงินบาทสิบเก้าล้านบาท) สั่งจ่ายในลักษณะที่กำหนดไว้ใน ข้อ 4. ข้อตกลงฉบับนี้และจะต้องไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและภาษีอื่น ๆ ซึ่งจะต้องรับผิดชอบและจ่ายโดยผู้ซื้อ (ถ้ามี)
