During the month, the sales copies of all booking forms, definite and tentative, are circulated to the entire sales department and then to the director of sales. Each sales manager has a copy of the monthly forecast and is responsible for updating the forecast with his or her bookings. For example if one of your bookings changed from tentative to definite, you would need to add one definite booking and delete one tentative booking from your copy of the forecast. At the end of the month, the modified forecasts are collected by the director of sale and a new, up-to-date copy is issued
