I’ve checked the recent files received from SG and there was no valid member number in the sales transaction file.
From what I know, retail staff have not yet been advised to start scanning the membership number in the POS.
Right now tagging of transaction is still being done in the iPad.
We’ve already completed the Phase 1 changes (removal of field to scan receipt number and voucher redemption changes in the Admin Portal)
but it is only deployed to the test site.
After the call last Friday, Sam confirmed with us that Phase 1 would only be rolled out after the World Cup Period.
