Scope of Supply / Provide:
1. COOEC / PTTEP
a) Cargo transfer from Ranong port to Zawtika field by supply boat
b) Personnel transport from Ranong port to Zawtika field by crew boat or Yangon Heli-port to Zawtika field by chopper
c) Permanent materials
d) Accommodation at ZPQ platform
e) Crew boat to remote platforms
f) Logistics coordination agent
2. Sub-contractor shall provide all necessary supplies and services to complete HUC punchlist as required during execution of the Works including, but not limited to listed below items.
a) Personnel
b) PPE
c) Tools with valid certificates
d) Equipment with valid certificates
e) Consumables
f) Permanent materials as required
g) Cargo handling equipment i.e. basket, container and half height container with valid certificates
h) Cargo transfer from Sub-contractor shop / yard to Ranong port
i) Transport personnel from Sub-contractor shop / yard to Ranong port or to Yangon Heli-port
j) BOSIET training of Personnel
Scope of works:
1. Close out HUC punchlist for remote platform of WP5, WP6 and WP7, attached WP4 commissioning punchlist as go-by document, punchlist items for WP5, WP6 and WP7 will be provided after defined and agreed with PTTEP.
2. Offshore coordination with PTTEP Project, PTTEP ZPQ operations and COOEC PMT for work plan, MOB & De-mob and transfer of cargo to Zawtika field.
3. Offshore coordination with PTTEP ZPQ operations on Permit to works (PTW).
4. Offshore coordination with PTTEP ZPQ operations on daily shuttle of crew boat to remote platforms.
5. Offshore coordination with PTTEP ZPQ operations and COOEC PMT for verification and close out of completed punchlist items.
Schedule:
1. Tentative timeframe: early June 2016 – end of February 2017
a) Early work: Remove PSV from WP5 or WP6: 10th June and Installation of PSV from WP5 or WP6 to WP7 and leak test: 15th June
b) HUC punchlist close out as above timeframe and will be on call basis.
