Acceptance of a contract to work in Thai Peroxide Co., Ltd. site automatically implies acceptance of the health, safety and welfare requirements as set out in the standard conditions of order. These are to be given to all tenders by concerned person.
2. The concerned person or person employing the contractor should be responsible to ensure that all provisions of our Safety Rules are implemented.
3. The contractor must provide Safety Appliances to their workers and also ensure that they use its.
4. The Permit To Work shall be issued by Project Engineer of the Plant to Contractor of all works concerned, and outside the Plant to be issued by Engineering Department or concerned department.
5. Any accident occurred to contracting workers, the Contractor have to take full responsibilities and necessary action without asking any reimbursements from Thai Peroxide Co., Ltd.
6. Safety performance of both small and major Contractor will periodically monitoring by concerned department.
7. The Contractor has the duty to maintain good and safe housekeeping in their working area.
8. Any problem arising should in the first instance be dealt with the concerned person.
9. You have to provide Personal Protective Equipment to your workers.
Such as:-
Eyes: Safety goggles.
Head: Safety helmet with fitted visor.
Breathing: Suitable respirator for each individual work. (if necessary)
Ears: Ear plugs, or ear muffs.(if necessary)
Hand: Hand gloves
Legs/ Feet: Anti-slip safety shoes, shoes with internal steel toecap.
Other: Necessary Personal Protective Equipment is required of each work.
10. Your employed workers should give Co-operation to Security Guard.
11. Drinking liquor or bring into Company premises are strictly prohibited.
12. Carrying weapon, explosive materials, drugs and all illegal things into
Company premises are strictly prohibited.
13. Ensure that all of your employed workers are acknowledgeable of our safety
Regulations.
