follows:
within 24 hours including step D3
within 5 working days including D6 after receiving this complaint
within 20 working days including D8 after receiving this complaint
If you have relevant parts in stock or in work process, please check both for defects before shipment. Please send us also your updated inspection plan.

In case we don’t get a message from you in the course of one working day the goods will be sent back to you.
If you are not directly responsible for quality complaints, please let know the correct name and e-mail address of the relevant person and forward this email to the responsibilities in your company.
