In this paper, the situations of shelters are discussed at first, it is explained that robot tasks at the situations have similar features to at nursing houses.
The experiments of robot operation by elderly and of the proposed indication method are introduced.
From the experiments, we propose an indication method to robot a human readable.
The method uses AR marks and QRcode that can be both human and robot readable, and provides one of key tools that robot will be used for people in shelters.
