Sorry for the confusion here.
At the end of each month we process billing for the usage of the previous month and if there is any unpaid balance due to previous usage the account will be put under a billing hold and eventually a suspension. This is not based on the amount owed on the account but rather if there is an unpaid balance. We can see that this has been cleared up by a promotional code being added to your account but should you continue to experience any issues or if you have any additional questions or concerns, just let us know.
