Worker often say “mai mii gaan(there is nothing can packing)” .
But it is not correct.
We have to work include full OT time for achieve the packing monthly target, right?
Cannot stop UpEnder machine, right? Not enough time, right?
Unless we work diligently and control amount seriouly, we cannot achieve the target forever.
I have never satisfied our packing performance.
Of cource, UACJ managements not satisfied, too.
If we continue lazy management, We will lose easily the trust by UACJ.
