Based on the model, the optimum extrusion conditions to obtain maximum alcoholic degree of 13.25% (v/v, 20 C) predicted by RSM were at the BT of 95 C, MC of 43%, and AC of 0.97&. To confirm the validity of the statistical experiment model, a conformation experiment with optimum extrusion parameters was carried out in triplicate. The maximum alcoholic degree obtained experimentally was found to be 13.4%, which was in good agreement with the predicted value and the model was proven as adequate.
