he Independent Contractor agrees to return any equipment, documents, files, passwords, access
rights, and /or software provided under provisions included herein.
14. Solicitation
The Independent Contractor will not have any authority to commit or bind IDC Thailand to any
contractual or financial obligations without IDC Thailand's prior written consent.
15. Severability
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or portion thereof, of this Agreement shall not
affect the validity or enforceability, or portion thereof, of any other provision of this Agreement.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Independent Contractor Terms & Conditions Agreement and
Non-Disclosure Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement (“Contract”) between IDC Thailand
and the Independent Contractor with respect to the subject matter hereof.

มีผลต่อการมีผลบังคับใช้หรือ enforceability หรือส่วนของบทบัญญัติอื่น ๆ ของข้อตกลงนี้ดังกล่าว
16 ข้อตกลงทั้งหมด
ตกลงนี้ กับ&อิสระรับเงื่อนไขข้อตกลงเงื่อนไข และ
ข้อตกลงไม่เปิดเผยจะเป็นข้อตกลงทั้งหมด ("สัญญา") ระหว่าง IDC ประเทศไทย
และขึ้นอยู่กับผู้รับเหมาเกี่ยวกับหัวข้อเรื่อง hereof.

สัญญาหรือสิทธิ IDC ประเทศไทย โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร .
ที่ 15 severability
การทุพพลภาพหรือ unenforceability ของบทบัญญัติใด หรือส่วนนั้นของข้อตกลงนี้จะไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความถูกต้องหรือบังคับ
หรือส่วนนั้นของบทบัญญัติใด ๆของข้อตกลงนี้ .
16 ข้อตกลงนี้เป็นข้อตกลงทั้งหมด
พร้อมกับเงื่อนไขของผู้รับเหมาอิสระ&เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลง
ไม่ใช่การเปิดเผยข้อตกลงจะถือเป็นข้อตกลงทั้งหมด ( " สัญญา " ) ระหว่าง IDC ประเทศไทย
และผู้รับเหมาอิสระเกี่ยวกับเรื่องฉบับนี้
